Reduziert auf das Wesentliche, ermöglicht die Videoarbeit »multiple black square« einen Einblick in die individuelle, rein subjektive Wahrnehmung des Individuums und dessen Manifestation in parallelen Lebenswelten. Die Szene ist in Sequenzen einzelner Personen geteilt. Aufgabe ist, ein schwarzes Quadrat wiederzugeben. Zeitgleich beginnen die Protagonisten mit breitem Pinsel und schwarzer Farbe, die weiße Wand zu bemalen. Der individuelle Schaffensprozess und das vollendete schwarze Quadrat zeichnen ein psychografisches Portrait des Einzelnen.
Reduced to the essentials, the video »multiple black square« provides an insight into the individual, purely subjective perception of the individual and its manifestation in parallel worlds of life. The scene is divided into sequences of individuals. The task is to reproduce a black square. At the same time, the protagonists begin to paint the white wall with a broad brush and black paint. The individual creative process and the completed black square draw a psychographic portrait of the individual.
